• dreamy blur action set to 65% and a curves layer on top you can adjust to avoid whitewashing
• noise action set to 15% because who doesn’t love a good grainy texture

i’m aware this action can get pretty bright and obnoxious but if you don’t mind adjusting the opacity depending on the lighting and the screenshot it’s good as gold :))
